1. If you're leasing the hardware, you can choose to pay an additional payment equal to the monthly finance amount and you'll own the hardware.
2. Your screens require a Content Management System (CMS) to control the content. You can renew your Bold Signage license through Bold Media Group on 1, 3 or 5 year terms. Pricing can be found here: https://boldmediagroup.com.au/pricing.
3. If you'd like to continue with our managed content package, this is charged at our standard rate of $200 ex GST per month, or standard rates at the time.

Our Managed Content Package gives customers access to our design team and the benefit of unlimited changes and new creations for on-screen marketing.

Yes, we can supply you with access to the design software templates and a login to Bold Signage CMS.

Yes, we can design the digital signage content so that it can be used on social media as well. Please note that these packages do not include custom content for social media. If you're interested in Bold Media Group designing your social media content, please contact your Account Manager for pricing.

1. You can contact us on 1300 951 854, or email support@boldmediagroup.com.au, to log a support ticket. Our team will diagnose the issue and aim to resolve it remotely – we may need your assistance in doing so.
2. If the screen can't be fixed remotely, we will send a technician to site or arrange a replacement screen free of charge if you're within the initial contract period.

Warranty is aligned to the contract term. For outright purchases, the warranty period is 36 months from the date of installation.

Yes, it is your responsibility to provide General Power Outlets (GPO) for each screen. If a GPO isn't provided, our installing technicians carry a range of extension leads and adapters if you have power nearby. If needed, we can arrange an electrician to install a GPO prior to installation of the screens (additional fees apply).

We can relocate the screens to your new location. This will be quoted at the time.

1. In most instances, the leasing agreement can be transferred to the new owner. They will need to pass a creditworthiness assessment by the funder and pay a transfer fee of around $700.
2. If the new owner does not pass creditworthiness, you'll need to pay out the agreement, or continue to lease the hardware and be reimbursed by the new owner.
