Is installation included?+
Yes. Every price includes professional installation by our team, plus the screens, mounting, media player where needed and the software licence.
How long does installation take?+
Most installs take between 1.5 and 5 hours, depending on the type of install.
Why do ceiling installs cost more?+
Hanging screens from the ceiling often means bringing in a licensed electrician and fitting extra structure in the roof to hold the weight safely. That extra work is built into the ceiling prices.
What does content management include?+
Unlimited changes to your existing content, plus brand new content created for you, for 3 years. Just tell us what you need and our team takes care of it. Send us a new price or special and it's done. You never have to touch it.
Do I need wifi?+
Yes. Your screens need to be connected to the internet, either by wifi or a cat6 cable, so we can update your content.
What happens if a screen breaks?+
Let us know and we'll work quickly to get it replaced.
How does the monthly price work?+
Your whole setup is one monthly repayment over 36 months, subject to finance approval. It includes the screens, installation, software and 3 years of unlimited content changes. If you'd rather pay outright, just let us know when we call.
Do you install outside Victoria?+
Yes, we install Australia-wide. Prices include installation in most metro and regional areas. If your location needs extra travel, we'll let you know when we call before anything is locked in.
